Shipping will be despatched within 2-3 bussiness days.

The provision of goods and services by Shaamli Footwear is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 30 days (usually much quicker). Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30% administration fee. Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order else no refund will be made whatsoever.

Shaamli Footwear will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.
