This website is the property of SHAAMLI CORK FOOTWEAR. The usage of the site, and / or the purchase of products on this site is subject to your agreement of the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you are not in agreement with these terms and conditions, do not proceed any further.
Detailed description of goods and / or services
Shaamli Footwear is a business in the footwear industry that manufactures, markets, sells and distributes eco and vegan friendly footwear and accessories made from natural raw materials. No product is manufactured from leather. In place of leather, natural , sustainable raw materials such as cork or pineapple fabric is used.
Delivery Policy
Shipping should be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please bear in mind we no longer have control over the delivery period once they have been received by the courier. Deliveries could be delayed due to various reasons. In these instances, Shaamli Footwear will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you CHECK your delivery before signing for it. We will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in good condition. We use a reliable delivery service. If there is nobody to sign for the package at the given delivery address, you will be phoned on the number you have provided in your website profile. If you cannot be reached, the delivery will be attempted in the following days. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirements.
Please note, any duties or import costs relevant to any country will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Tracking
All orders come with tracking information provided. You will receive an email or message to your mobile phone with your tracking information as soon as your order is sent out.
Damage or loss
Shaamli Footwear will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product when couriered.
Exchange Policy
Purchased products may be exchanged.
If you have purchased an item/s and decide you would prefer a different size or a new item/s entirely, there are conditions in order to make an exchange. The request to exchange must be made in writing not more than 24 hours after purchase
If the exchange is approved, we will liaise with you to make the appropriate shipping arrangements.
Please note: there is a delivery fee to cover shipping costs that will be billed to initiate the process. Alternatively, you can ship the shoes back at your own risk and cost. In this case, the service fee does not apply.
Upon arrival, the item/s will be inspected and provided it/they meet the following criteria, we will proceed:
· no creased cork fabric
· no marks on the souls
· no missing accessories (label, laces etc.)
· no wear impressions on the inner.
If the new item/s cost more or less, you will either be refunded or billed the difference. Once ready the new item/s will be couriered to you as per the arrangements agreed upon.
Note: Please always try your best to order the correct sizes and items to keep exchanges to a minimum. Abuse of this service will only lead to price increases or us having to remove it.
Return and refund policy
The provision of goods and services by Shaamli Footwear is subject to availability. In the unlikely event of unavailability, we will refund the client in full within 10 days (usually much quicker). Orders must be cancelled within 24hrs of placing and paying for the order else no refund will be made whatsoever.
Shaamli Footwear will only replace goods that are faulty due to poor workmanship or if the incorrect item has been delivered. This includes incorrect size. Any discrepancies in the final product delivered to you must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. In this event, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item. Once returned, the item will be inspected and provided the fault is as claimed, all the tags are still attached and the item/s have not been worn and/or washed, a new item will be dispatched to you.
Warranty
Shaamli Cork Footwear carries a12 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note, the warranty applies under certain terms, conditions and circumstances.
Intended use of footwear
The range of Shaamli Cork Footwear are designed as casual fashion footwear. They are not intended for extreme weather nor extreme geographic conditions. They are not intended nor to be used as safety footwear.
They are intended for indoor and casual outdoor wear.
Care, cleaning and maintenance instructions must be adhered.
Cork in contact with salt water accelerates deterioration. These products are not meant to be submerged in water (such as in a pool, shower, or the ocean)
To clean, wipe the cork using a damp cloth, lukewarm water, and natural/mild soap. Afterwards, let products air dry.
Sales and Offers
Please note all prices, sales offers and discounts advertised on this website or on our social media are for this website only.
Please note that it is possible that stock might not be available at any given point in time.
This might be the result of many reasons including out of stock items or delays in transport or discontinuance of product/s.
If payment has been made, then a number of options may apply:
A full refund can be made.
Client can opt for any similar priced product in place of original product chosen.
Client can wait until the chosen product/s will be available in the future.
The order will be placed on back order.
The client can cancel the order in writing only.
Variance to items Displayed
It is possible that items displayed for marketing and sales purposes may vary slightly from the actual product/s.
Due to the fact that these products are natural, each product is unique. Variations might include colours, patterns, fabrics, styles etc.

Shaamli Footwear shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
By accepting these terms and conditions clients agree that Shaamli Footwear may inform them via social media, email or SMS of promotions and new developments among the products and services we offer. Clients can opt out of notifications by requesting it via the email address supplied below.
Vegan Compliance
*In good faith and integrity based on information from the suppliers and manufacturers of the raw materials used in producing our footwear, no products contain any animal parts, no testing done on animals and no cruelty shown to animals.
Our Vegan friendly claim is approved by an accredited Vegan Society
Shaamli Cork Footwear has been approved and accepted by the Vegan Friendly Organisation of Israel.
Liability Policy
Shaamli Footwear owners, directors, members or staff, accept no responsibility, liability or accountability for any damages or injuries of any kind for whatever reason in the use of their products.
All marketing, advertising and sales materials used on this website and other methods are to the best of the companies knowledge, true, accurate and delivered in good faith.
Payment Options
Online payment. Payment can be made through our Ecommerce site.
Payment by BIT, PayBox and Payal.
Payment by cash is an option for direct sales.
If proof of payment is not received within 48 hours of the order being placed, the order will be cancelled.
Prices
Shaamli Footwear reserves the right to change prices at any time without any explanation to the client.
Variation
Shaamli Footwear may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
